ProtiPrep™ Pop2 is a fully integrated, ready-to-use microspin column for the rapid depletion of human serum albumin (HSA) and immunoglobulin G (IgG): the two most abundant proteins in plasma. Designed with a unique built-in buffer compartment, Pop2 activates upon use by flushing phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) across the resin bed, priming it for immediate sample loading.
To use Pop2, simply invert to release the buffer, then add 10μl of plasma, shake gently, and incubate for 10 minutes. A quick spin separates the depleted sample into the collection tube: no equilibration, washing, or buffer preparation required.
